Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged

• Product is incorrect

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Refunds
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Products returned without original packaging

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
